Bad week.

So i had a very very disappointing weigh in. I have gained 3 pounds, since Tuesday (my unofficial weigh in) so in reality since last week i have gained an extra pound, so in two weeks i have gained in 5 pounds! WTF? How am i letting myself get away with this. So I am going to do something about it. I am going to set myself weekly goals as i have seen fellow bloggers do. Just to keep me in track.

Goals for this week:
  1. Start Tracking food and drink again
  2. Drink only water, milk and coffee
  3. Go to the gym at least 3 times this week
  4. Move on to Week 4 of C25K
It's just a teeny tiny post. I'm not quite in the mood for writing, but for wallowing. I also have to go food shopping with dad.

I have a ton of ideas tho of topics i want to write about. Well i say a ton, it's more like 3 at the moment.

  1. You can do it! Tracking will get it off in no time!

  2. Hey, don't let it get you down. Don't let the scale rule your life. As you say, just keep track - and weigh and measure everything. I find that helps me. I worked for WW for years and no matter how many pounds people had to lose 10, 20, 100 ... if you took how much they had to lose and divided it by what they lost they usually avg. 1-3 pds/week. You'll do it.

Unfortunately our bodies don't know what we are doing and they don't always cooperate, but if you stick to the plan you will do well.

    Good luck.

  3. Sorry, I meant to say if you took what they lost and divided it by the number of weeks it took - DOH!

  4. One day at a time. That is all any of us can do! The greatest thing about being on this journey, is that each day holds the promise of a new beginning! So make today that beginning...and even if it is small steps towards your goals, remember, it is STILL steps toward the goal, not away! Don't beat yourself up...this isn't a race, but a walk to a lifetime of healthy! Sometimes it's a bumpy road, but you will get there. I know you will!! :)

  5. Shit happens. Don't beat yourself up over it and instead, forgive yourself. Forgive yourself, pick yourself up, and put one foot in front of the other. If four goals proves to be too much, kick it back to two or three. Do whatever you need to do to stay on track and not give up. You can do this!
